Polls don't work in Chrome
Feb. 6, 2012 at 10:04pm by the real anti christ — Safari 536.5 on Windows XP

I don't know if this is just me but, I use Chrome and sometimes polls don't display correctly. The radio buttons don't show up and there is nothing to click. I don't seem to have this problem in FF.

Holiday Manager: Broken features
July 15, 2011 at 4:46pm by greatescape — Firefox 12.0 on Linux

Both the forum override and the emoticon override features are no longer working.

It would be super awesome to be able to have those working and back in the holiday manager toolbox again.

Can't connect to LW from home, can everywhere elseFIXED
July 12, 2011 at 10:33am by Daleacus — Safari 536.5 on Windows NT 6.1

I cannot connect to LW on any PC at home, the connection times out. 90% sure it's not a problem with our router or internet connection, everything else works.

I ran a tracert and it times out at hostdime.com, one step before reaching LW. It's as though whatever hosts LW is not allowing connections from my IP address. Halp?

EDIT: Currently able to connect from home again

M2M bugFIXED
July 11, 2011 at 1:06pm by big mac — Firefox 8.0.1 on Mac OS X

Printing Freak alerted me to this bug a few nights ago. At the time, when we both went to the Member to Moderator forum, every topic link (on the first age at least, since neither of us checked other pages) would direct the user back to the Teen Forum Index. The bug appeared to resolve itself after an undetermined amount of time. I've been able to access the forum topics since that first bug encounter.

As it stands I have not been able to reproduce the circumstances of the bug.

Oversight Board is glitched
July 5, 2011 at 4:12pm by Sqi 8000 — Firefox 12.0 on Windows NT 6.1

I've noticed it ever since I was picked a few weeks ago, for 3 weeks in a row at least now someone below the Wealthy Hobo rank required for it has been picked.

Perhaps not a major bug.. But still needs addressing.

Tech Forums / College Forums buttons on HomePage not worrking.FIXED
April 14, 2011 at 9:39am by JennyColada — Safari 7534.48.3 on Mac OS X

when you're on the homepage of LiveWire, clicking the Teen Forum button takes you to the main teen forums page. Clicking Tech Forums and College Forums buttons takes you to a "domain name available" type of thing.

Issue loading LW
April 12, 2011 at 12:34pm by Anonymice — Safari 533.1 on Linux

Every so often my browser wont connect to LW for days. I don't know if this is something to do with the site, or my own internet connection. It connects to other sites fine during this, so... I can't really show any steps to reproduce it and I don't know if anyone else is having this issue. Just thought I should say something.

Domain name doesn't workFIXED
April 11, 2011 at 11:54pm by Jay JWLH

www.golivewire.com doesn't work.
golivewire.com does.

Edit: This might have something to do with the transition between the previous DNS server and the current one Anycast. Works fine now.

Dormwire's demise.
Jan. 5, 2011 at 10:17am by Seanee — Safari 536.5 on Windows NT 6.1

Now  that Dormwire has sadly been buried, it only seems sensibile to remove the link from my toolbar. I don't like clutter, and the link takes me no-where! Replace it with something fun, something vibrant

Viewing previous messages brings error
Jan. 4, 2011 at 2:17pm by Sqi 8000 — Firefox 12.0 on Windows NT 6.1

Viewing previous messages via the little button that says it is only throwing up the LW homepage (image enclosed)

Its happened with two members I've messaged in the last 24 hours, both based in the United States (You never know.. might be an error there with UK/US messaging)

to recreate it:

-Opened a message from that member
-Clicked on the "Show Previous Messages" url at the base of the message
-Glitch occurs
glitch remains even using a new browser, and returning to the inbox and reopening the message. Occurs when read for the first time or times after that.

Some dictionary entries cannot be edited
Dec. 22, 2010 at 10:26pm by Laurence — Unknown 12.0 on Unknown

Dictionary words or phrases containing an apostrophe such as "coup d'etat" or "blazin'" cannot be edited successfully. When one attempts to edit these entries, an error message appears under the title "Error: Editing Definition". The message reads as:

Please enter a word.
Possible reasons for Editing Definition Error:

   * Your login session has expired
   * You did something less than intelligent
   * Incorrect membername or password

As Dictionary Manager I may need to edit or modify entries containing an apostrophe. There are many such entries in the Dictionary and some of these do need some editing.

I cannot do this right now, unless I completely erase the entry and re-write it, which goes against the spirit of a simple grammar and spelling correction.

Thanks for your help in fixing this.

Alerts from removed friends
Nov. 26, 2010 at 11:22am by greatescape — Firefox 12.0 on Linux

When you edit friends and delete someone you were formally friends with, you continue to get alerts from them.  Even if you go so far as to block the person you get alerts.

I do not care about these people and don't want to see their alerts.  Please fix

FT updating with old topics
Sep. 26, 2010 at 9:52pm by Niick — Safari 533.1 on Linux

From time to time, old topics are being added to the FT. No moderator is refreshing them. Some have been a couple days old being added, some have been a couple months, and a few times there were topics over a year or so old that have randomly come up in the Fresh Topics.

Its a little confusing, especially when moderating and not thinking you need to look at the timestamp considering youve clicked the Fresh Topics.

Moderator topic title leak/link
Aug. 13, 2010 at 6:06am by akallen — Safari 535.19 on Mac OS X

Whenever there is a mod forum topic posted by a moderator that is trashed (for whatever reason) the "Most Recent Reply" section of any moderator whose most recent reply was in this topic no longer says "Last Reply is Private" it gives the title of the topic which may or may not contain sensitive information.

whenever I try to submit a new ad, it says my link contains illegal characters. It's weird because i've been using the same website/link for the past year and it never said that problem.
